Hi guys.

I'm in desperate need of a CRM solution, keeping track of customers and orders is just proving too much. All the CRM solutions out there though seem to be based on enormous companies, there's not much there for the one man e-trader.

I need something that can integrate with PayPal and preferably my database, and which doesn't focus chiefly on team support.

SalesForce Personal Edition (free!) is the closest thing I have found, but like all the others this seems to be built around a small volume of high-value leads that are individually entered etc, rather than built around the needs of a high-ish-volume e-commerce website.

What software do you guys all use? Will I have to do it myself/go bespoke to find something suitable?

The feature I most want is quite simply an automatically updated list of products to ship, and auto-summary of contacts with a customer, so I could bring up all orders, emails, etc. on one page.

While I am on the subject, does anyone know of a CRM solution that integrates with IM clients like MSN messenger, recording and uploading the conversations? Or one that integrates with softphones to record incoming phone calls and prompt you to summarise them?

These do all seem like logical things -- but I've been totally unable to find any.
