CRM System Advice.

We are looking for a basic crm system for our business. We want one that logs all the client details, staff details, turnover, invoicing and maybe one that can send newsletters/emails to clients. Also if we can send reminders to clients after a certain amount of time to get them to use us again. I have had a look online but there are so many. We are a cleaning business. Thanks

I looked at Capsule CRM which is free but really good. It could not do everything I wanted so I opted for a system called open CRM which is completely customisable - although you have to pay for whatever you want done in addition to the £33 a month license fee.

If you go with open CRM, can you let me know? I get a discount off mine for anyone I recommend... as I have a couple of licenses, it makes a bit of a dent.

It honestly depends what functionality you need & what other systems/integrations you need/have on your website.

We use Benchmark email for many clients; the free version has some great tools that most other free systems don't have in terms of limits, autoresponders etc. & useful list, contact, flow basic CRM type functionality.

They have a paid CRM platform that integrates very well for the type of things your looking for, it's from $20 a month.
