CRM Integration

Hi All

I'm looking for a simple CRM system that integrates with Xero and Gmail / Google Calendar etc; this is for a car valet business.

I basically need to do a few relatively simple things:-

• Store details of contacts
• Track when they make a booking or spend money
• Sync the calendar so they can use an online booking form and see when there is space in real time
• Ideally, integrate with Xero (accounting) and Zettle (POS)

I know this will probably involve purchasing more than one service but wonder if anyone has done anything similar and what their recommendations might be (thinking about Hubspot, Inisghtly, Monday, Salesforce etc) cost is a factor and would like to keep as close to £50 per month as possible.

I've had mixed success with monday, but asking zoë at purplepatchpmo.co.uk might help- she has a good understanding of CRM's for medium business.

Capsule looks quite good and is free I think.
I use Zoho, I like it. But might be a bit OTT for what you need.

I can recommend SalesFlare. (https://salesflare.com/) They have integration with Xero and everything you mention and start at about $29 (£25) monthly.

I have used it for about 2 years with no complaints and I am also a smallish user with a phobia of enterprise level CRM's
