Creating a website

Easier still, just use wordpress and the numerous plugins to create the site and then customize it. Try big wet fish for hosting cost around £22 per year further good support they also offer domain names but we prefer to buy them from godaddy (cheaper).

If you need any more information, just PM us.

Cheers

Wordpress is a great tool. The issue comes for the novice in that they have to select hosting, decide which out of the 22,000 plugins (seriously) are worth using, what theme is suitable for their business. Put it all together, find a hosting package that performs well. Find out what 'hardening' means. Learn about IT backups & recovery. Work out an upgrade plan for new releases (Wordpress 3.5 is out soon).

It is relatively easy for a web professional, but far from simple for someone that doesn't want to learn things like what mod_rewrite means, or why you host has to have suphp for plugin uploads to work, and how to make a quick edit to the php code in header.php.

If you have one of the many table plugins installed then you do just press a button.

As mentioned above - Wordpress has the usability for a novice and potential for developers. Countless plug ins and themes.

The best methods in my opinion are self taught (unless you are a doctor, pilot, stunt man, solider...I could go on...but you know what I mean....dentist.)
