Creating a full virtual office - hints tips and services within !

Hi,

I am helping someone with a startup and the plan is for a full virtual office.

There will be need for paper based communications so we are looking for a service that scans and can forward snail mail.

Apart from Skype for calls, what other tools have people found helpful for running a full office on the move?

For god's sake don't use Skype for calls. Get a proper, business class VoIP provider - it's cheaper and better.
