Company with identical name causing problems

A company set up on Amazon last year with a shop with an identical name as us, the problem is they have no internet presence other than this Amazon shop and when people search for them on google they are finding us and emailing/phoning us.

This is starting to be a nuisance now as we get a few calls every day, I emailed Amazon who couldn't care less so is there anything I can do?

Would be great but they sell office stationery and we sell printed stationery.

When you get the email/telephone call buy the office stationary from the Amazon people and forward it on with a 20% mark up.

I know a printer who does this and has built up a heathly secondary string to his business.

You dont even need to forward it on. Get the amazon seller to post it direct.

Alternative is to source the same stock as amazon seller and sell direct. Win win!
