Then quite likely the CEO wasn't involved in any way in the sending of it. Took a month for me recently to get one, first one didn't arrive. 2nd one took 2 weeks to arrive (or was 1st one that took 2 weeks to process).

I mean new created company's CEO, but not Companies House CEO.

I'm not sure that companies house know who is CEO of a company. Its not necessarily relevant from what I have seen.

Yes the envelope is readily identifiable as from companies house.

The envelope is going to pass the reception. I just needed to make sure they can recognize it and give it to me instead of sending it back.

Why would they send it back? I think you either need a new receptionist or some re-training.

The reason is very simple.
I have a company's registered address, and the letters are forwarded automatically to my hostel where I live long-term. I am going to speak to the receptionist of the hostel to keep the letter for me.

Obviously, it has no name and is to a company other than where it is delivered. Are you suggesting they should interfere with the mail be opening it or destroying it?
