I've come back to UKBF after a long time away.
I own and run a Health & Safety Training Company covering B2B in Kent and formed in 2007.
Initially this was part time while I was still serving in the Aviation Fire Service, but since reduncancy was forced upon me early last year, I have been working hard to raise the business profile as it is now my only income.
So hi to everyone that takes the time to read this ..... and if I may, I'd like to ask a question.
I am about to embark in investing in providing an e learning element to the business which will will offer a wider choice of training online for my new and existing clients.
My question is ....
Are you a training company and do you offer this service and if so what has the take up been like.
Secondly
As a business owner would you use an online training courses in preference to a trainer visiting your place of work to run a course for your staff.

As you might guess, I work as an IKEA assembly service provider with a small to medium sized London company - Fantastic Furniture Assembly. Hello everyone, may I introduce myself? I'm Karl Greenwood, I train horses to perform in stunt shows and filming & photoshoots. My shows are clean and meticulous and they're geniunely good. My ethic is to be to equine stunt shows as Cirque du Soleil was to circus. I can't help but to put quality first, second and third, which of course sends my expenses soaring. My shows go out to County shows, Castles and the like. In order to keep my horses as I want, (well), I also teach horseback archery as a sport. My stables are immaculate, the horses are clean and well trained and the courses I teach are unsurpassed. Our reviews are all fantastic. Growing the business and building on our reputation are now the priority, I truly believe that if the quality is there the correct price can be got. It's a long way round though!
Next on my agenda is the corporate world - I am based on a beautiful estate near London, and it would be very easy to hold banquets here. I could have beautiful food, stunning location, and great entertainment & show. Not for me the cheap and crap - that's already out there. My experience of corporate Britain is next to nothing though, and that's what I hope to find by these forums, some idea of how to set about it. And I hope, lots of ideas that I haven't thought of to get more students and shows! In turn, what I have to offer, ....................... anyone need a warhorse and knight in the office?

There's a new design discipline called service design. You know AirBnb and Uber? They were started by service designers. Places like IBM and government and big charities like Citizens Advice are hiring service designers as fast as they can... yet not many people know about it.

So, I run a festival called the service design fringe festival, to raise awareness of what it is. I started it in 2014 and it's snowballed! I didn't intend to start a business, but Seoul Business School and a university in Milan have recently got in touch because they want to run it over there too.

I'm looking for business support for international growth strategies. I'm not au fait with business speak, and I'd really appreciate all the support I can get.

Officially my business is registered in the South East, Camberley, Surrey to be exact which is where I keep a home but these days I spend more time in the Caribbean on a French island, Guadeloupe and prior to that a number of years in Paris..

Business wise im classed as an affiliate marketer, well certainly in the eyes of the tax man but its spread to a bit more than this.

It's more of a business build service I provide for people looking to start and run an affiliate business for themselves.

I first came to this forum having become a bit jaded with the FB groups I was in, more and more spam although I still enjoy LinkedIn but fear its going the same way.

Goals for me will be to automate my business as much as possible in 2021 without affecting quality of service.

I also want to persuade my partner we don't need a second child
