    Dear All,
I'm a social entrepreneur: I do what I do to help others and to be socially responsible. I don't do it for commercial gain or to make money. I've developed a website where people can view materials they'd need to run training courses to a classroom based audience. There are over 40 soft skill presentation on there. All you need is a trainer to deliver them - or if you have the inclination do it yourself. All the trainer notes you need to interpret the slides are there. All self explanatory. The idea is not to spend money and not to recreate the wheel developing or paying others to develop stuff that already exists. Not many trainers share their content - so this site is unique and allows you to benchmark their work against what they can find on line for free.

I need help from anyone out there is who prepared to help me promote the site - bearing in mind it's a not for profit thing from my perspective so I don't have much cash!

As you're a social enterprise why not try Social Enterprise London and the Social Enterprise Coalition for advice on marketing your organisation.

You can also look at Marketing Donut for advice on PR and marketing.

    Hi all,

My name is Nick Taylor and I work for a vehicle leasing company based in Hove/Brighton with offices in Kent & Hampshire.

I can offer advice on SEO/PPC/SMO/Direct Mail/E-Mail Marketing and basically anything Digital.

I can also offer help on vehicle leasing, but I'm keen for this forum not to just become some marketing platform...nothing more annoying!

Hopefully looking forward to talking with you all.

    Cheers

    Hi,

My name is Ronica. I have recently set up a business which deals with jointly owned property disputes, between cohabitees, when their relationship breaks down.

My business, REA Solution Consultancy, specialises in preparing their court application for submission to the County Court.

We target cohabitees who cannot avoid the legal fees but want to take their case to court. Our aim is to help those who have been left with no alternative but to ask a court to order that the property be sold.

We provide an affordable and valuable service which will enable our clients to access the legal system by 'effectively' representing themselves in court.

    Hello UKBF,

My name is Justin and I'm a business communications consultant based in Hertfordshire.

I help people make high quality business decision involving their communications setup. I do everything I can to help my clients reduce cost whilst maximising productivity by utilising the very latest in mobile and fixed line technology.

I have enjoyed a career that spans over seven years in telecoms. Starting out in customer service, I worked my way up through tech support, retention and sales before progressing to the role of business development manager. This has given me a rounded perspective and deep understanding of the industry. It is this knowledge that enables me to provide the best solutions for my clients.

I love making new professional acquaintances, so feel free to get in touch if you want to talk telecoms, or if you need any impartial advice regarding your current setup.

Have you ever thought about using designer radiators ?

m2m distribution specialise in importing goods directly from europe, therefore cutting out the UK stockists margin, and allowing us to sell directly into the market at approximately 20 - 30% less cost on a like-for-like specification.

We also have a UK manufacturing facility for traditional towel rails (brass), and designer / panel radiators in stainless steel. So whatever the specification please do not hesitate to send me a pm.

    Hi UKBFers,

I stumbled across this forum while surfing (the web that is) and thought I should join up for 2 reasons...

    1. I think I might be able to impart some of my 15+ years business experience on to others that are just starting up. Hopefully they won't make the same mistakes that I did that way.

    2. I am always open minded to learn new ideas, tips and theories on all aspects of my business that might help.

So a bit about me, I started my first business at a market stall aged just 15 years old. I took a break to finish education and started my current IT Support business aged just 22 years old!

Along the way I've had plenty of ups and downs and learnt a great deal about all aspects of business. But my favourite part about running a business is... problem solving.

I think that a business person (whatever sector) has to be a problem solver. Whether it's staff changes, burst pipes, bank troubles or marketing, really it's all about overcoming problems. Luckily I love that aspect.

Away from the office my 2 other passions are my family and flying planes.

So, that's me in a nutshell.

Looking forward to meeting you all.

Hi Alcom, welcome to the forum!

Can I ask if you focus on IT for B2B or B2C? Or indeed both?
