I personally wouldnt use Luke Harrison from personal experience.Try Luke Harrison at Keidan Harrison.
Coming from a reputable solicitor firm, that specializes in litigation/debt recovery I would agree to write them a letter in the first instance, but unfortunately, most our clients go this route first with an unsuccessful outcome.I personally wouldnt use Luke Harrison from personal experience.
Solicitors promising fantastic results come "ten a penny."
I would send a strongly worded letter in plain English explaining that if you don't receive a sensible response to your claim then you will refer the matter to solicitors.
At all costs try to avoid litigation, as that will cost you a pretty penny at £350 + per hour. Nobody in the UK except solicitors and barristers earns such fantastic sums.
