I personally wouldnt use Luke Harrison from personal experience.

Solicitors promising fantastic results come "ten a penny."

I would send a strongly worded letter in plain English explaining that if you don't receive a sensible response to your claim then you will refer the matter to solicitors.

At all costs try to avoid litigation, as that will cost you a pretty penny at £350 + per hour. Nobody in the UK except solicitors and barristers earns such fantastic sums.

Coming from a reputable solicitor firm, that specializes in litigation/debt recovery I would agree to write them a letter in the first instance, but unfortunately, most our clients go this route first with an unsuccessful outcome.

The outcome may not be successful but the pre-action protocol requires that to be done before going to court.
