Cocktail business license

I’ve just now made my account on here to see if anyone can help with my query.

I want to start my own business where I make and sell my own cocktails to customers. What kind of license or licenses would I need for this?

I plan to sell them from my instagram page by advertising them there with the customers messaging me which cocktail they want then I will deliver them to them.
