Cloud software for accounts

Hi all
I have spent the weekend trying to evaluate what would be the best accounting / CRM / payroll software for me. Current favourite is Intuit but have also been looking at Xero, kashflow & really simple systems.

Anyone use these systems ? Any one come out favorite ?

I've tried them and work from a lot of records kept where clients have used them.

My personal favourite is Accounts Portal I think its hard to beat but it does very much depend on what you need, and want, from a system.

My current favourite is Intuit Quicbooks online because of it's reporting facilities which are way better than, say, Kashflow. But it is a little harder to use. Swings and roundabouts really. As Kevin says, it really depends on what features you need. Best is to trial a few to make sure that you understand how they work and that they'll do what you need them to.

Intuit is top at the moment. We are a property services company. When I fist started there was just me. Now I have an apprentice (so require PAYE) & we also use subcontractors so have to do CIS payments reports etc. In order to help grow the business (main aim for 2015) we are looking for card payments & a simple but effective CRM (email marketing ?) etc

I'm looking at all 3 of these currently and I wonder whether you could expand on why you think the reporting facilities are better with Inuit ? I'm not saying they are not as I am not that far into my analysis but your expanding your point would help. Thanks
