CIW, any recommendations?

Hello all

Hopefully someone can point me in the right direction, I'm looking to take the CIW foundation course and wondered if anyone could recommend a quality provider?

The main aim is to learn web design to help maintain or at least understand the web side of my business. It seems quite interesting and I usually learn better with some strucutre so a home course seems the right route.

Any suggestions would be appreciated

Personally I wouldn't bother with any web design course, most of them are pretty rubbish (and expensive)... I'd recommened joining webdesignerforum.co.uk, there are a number of web design experts on there only willing to help you out... and you'll find most of them are self taught as opposed to doing courses. I've learnt a lot there.

Thought CIW had died a death ages ago. Don't waste your money, there is no official recognition of the qualification and it won't teach you anything you can't learn for yourself with book from the library of an online tutorial.
