Anybody had experience with EnquiryBot? Any other chatbot or AI bot options that can be recommended?

I haven't had any experience with implementing, but have used a few as a customer.
Honestly, I'd be wary as they're not mature enough to replace a knowledgable human yet. I'd suggest avoid AI and stick with something like a facebook messenger button for now (and this is coming from someone who is an advocate for AI on these forums)

Haven’t yet found any chatbot (with or without AI) that was much use.

If your site is properly configured and optimised the need for a chatbot should reduce to almost zero.

I’ve found adding a WhatsApp link works much better.

For things like my industry (golf), there are just too many questions to answer (or too many people who don't know anything and want advice).
And does a chatbot help with these questions?

I had a question about a feature on my banking app. They offer an AI chatbot as a support feature. If you ask a question it provides a list of question to assist in solving the issue. If none of them are helpful there isn't anywhere to go other than rephrase the question. Which means you go round and round in circles. There is no telephone contact, no option to chat with a human and no way to escape the chatbot's suggestions. If this is the future of chatbots then it doesn't bode well.

I solved the problem by going into a branch whilst on business (my local branch has closed) and asking the cashier. They had to contact their IT support who told me the feature hadn't yet been rolled out. There is an FAQ page on the bank website with all the necessary info but you have to be given the link, it's not in their navigation.

Yeah this really annoys me too, but you can usually ask to speak to a human and it usually lets you.
