Yeah this really annoys me too, but you can usually ask to speak to a human and it usually lets you.They offer an AI chatbot as a support feature. If you ask a question it provides a list of question to assist in solving the issue. If none of them are helpful there isn't anywhere to go other than rephrase the question. Which means you go round and round in circles. There is no telephone contact, no option to chat with a human and no way to escape the chatbot's suggestions. If this is the future of chatbots then it doesn't bode well.
