Charity idea pitch

I'm looking for someone who could offer some advice for a charity idea i have been working on.

Basically looking for someone who could help me put together a plan/presentation of my idea/someone to bounce ideas off

Has anyone exp of talking with councils, charitable trusts etc?

I have a great deal of experience and tutor courses in writing pitches for Lottery, Trusts etc.
