Once a CE marked product has been sold and installed does the CE mark no longer hold any value ?
I have a customer who wishes to modify a number of our CE marked products, post intallation. Clearly I can void the warranty, but are their any other implications i.e. for his insurance/liabilty that I might use to disuade him from doing this.... loss of the CE mark ?
