Can anyone point me in the direction of a reference source for Carbon neutral building materials/designs/practices? There seem to be snippets all over the place but I cannot find one main authoritative source. Any ideas?

carbon trust
ecobuild - show for sustainable building, their website will have links to many many manufacturers.
