    Hey all,

Whats your thoughts on using canva for instead of other online tools for creating visuals?? I have seen people online talking about it and heard good reviews. Looking for some advice.

Is that okay for Instgram and facebook markeing? Will clients be impressed by the designs or should I look for other options?

I want to make sure I create something that stands out and looks professional. Would appreciate any tips/suggestions from those with experience using the platform.
Also interested to know if anyone has had a negative experience with Canva, or if there is something else that you would recommend?
Any advice would be appreciated! Thanks in advance.

I dipped my toe into the Canva pool a few months back and with very little effort it's easy to produce a goo promotional reel for Instagram etc.,

My advice would be to make sure you have decent images to start with. Like all software, put crap in, get crap out.. Canva can help but.........

I don't understand the question. What school product?
I don't have an Adobe account so clicked on the link. It said 'Welcome to Adobe Express for Education' and then said it's only available in the US.

But I've now found out it's another Adobe thing creator. I created an account and it said my browser wasn't supported. So that was just a waste of 5 minutes.

And now I can't unsubscribe because I can't access my account. I remember now why I don't use anything Adobe offers.

We use Canva daily - can’t live without it. Has everything to create designs. We have 3 free websites from it, use it for 4 different accounts on Instagram, use it for Facebook, everything. Even use it to create and store training videos, it gives links to share with staff who can view it through the viewable link. Use it as a storage instead of Dropbox. Very versatile and saves a lot of money. In regards to how good it is to make designs - that depends on how creative you are!

    Hi,

Using Canva for creating visuals is a great choice, especially for Instagram and Facebook marketing. Canva is user-friendly and offers plenty of templates. Clients are likely to be impressed if you put thought and creativity into your designs.

Tips for making your designs stand out:

    1. Stick to your brand's colors, fonts, and logos.
    2. Get creative with Canva's features.
    3. Use high-quality images.
    4. Ensure clear messaging.
    5. Consider your target audience.
While Canva is generally well-received, be cautious with copyright and licensing for stock images. Alternatives like Adobe Spark and Crello are also worth exploring.

Best of luck with your visual creations! Feel free to ask if you have more questions.

Canva is an excellent starting point for creating professional visuals for social media marketing. It's user-friendly, versatile, and can help you make a positive impression on clients.

My suggestion is advanced design software like Adobe Creative Suite.

Give it a try and don't hesitate to explore other options if your needs evolve in the future. Best of luck with your visual marketing endeavors!

Not sure you can. It’s too easy to attach a malicious payload to a video.

Of course it's okay for social media .

The quality of the design really depends on your ability to use Canva, the quality of the content you're using, and your understanding of design .

I've seen awful stuff made using Canva but that down to those creating the content rather than the software.
