Can't post or interact with other FB members as a page no more

this is probably old news if you are using FB alot for marketing purpose. Basically you can't switch and post as your business/fan page in groups and conversations.

I know lot of marketers on FB have multiple FB profiles for different purposes but thats against the rules of FB.

This will just make things very difficult when you're trying to promote your group or page. anyways to get around this?
