Can I See Paypal Transaction History Older Than A Few Years?

I'm trying to find a couple of customers from a few years ago by looking through my Paypal transaction history. But I can't seem to acquire transaction details older than a few years? I'm on the activity page-All Transactions- and am entering a date range from 2018 to 2019, but nothing happens? I'll need to search maybe five years as far back as 2015. Can I still get that information?

You can only get the last 7 years.

Extreme but try 2018 to 2023 if they does not work I have one site where the account / search function will not return search results if I have entered more than one year even if by a single day, took me four attempts to realise before I read the "small print"

I worked out that you can download a report. Have downloaded 2018 and is a .CSV file. Have now set the parameter to 2016-2023 and waiting for Paypal to let me know when the report is ready - waiting 2 days so far. Don't know if it's meant to take this long? But I want to get a record of all the transactions made in that time before they're lost.
