Can anyone recommend where to look to find a designer to produce a graphic design?

I am struggling to find quotes for a designer to create a graphic design (I guess?) that can be applied to our apparel.

The issue I am having is knowing exactly what to type into google, or what the exact service is I'm looking for. Would this be a graphic designers field? An artist? I'm just not sure. There are many prints that exist out there but none of them are quite what we're looking for.

It wouldn't need to be massive, applied to something that is roughly 30cm x 30cm. One example for clarity would be a pink leopard print.

All suggestions are greatly appreciated.

If you have an idea of what design you want you can probably find it or something similar as an image on the web. Wherever you are there are ad agencies or graphic designers it really is not that hard. More important, how much do you want to spend on this, why not just do it yourself.

Yes, the issue was that I was unsure if I was looking for a graphic designer not some other specialised profession. You are right, I should at least try it myself.
