im looking into a new Business idea which is basically a virtual receptionist for a specific client base, the main part of the business would be taking calls, making bookings etc while the client is unavailable. to do this however I'm having problems finding the relevant software/hardware and am hoping someone on here can at least point me in the right direction.
Requirements
1. Clients must be be able to keep their already established phone numbers (usually mobiles)
2, clients need ability to switch the service on or off at will for instance while they are busy on site etc.
3. Call operator must be able to see who the caller was calling (I'm assuming this is a fairly standard requirement)
Nice to have
1. Ability to produce stats (in an ideal world the client could log on and view the own stats)
2. Call link in to database so for instance, the clients number would be used to pull up their calendar, price list etc so the operator has all info available.
Can anyone point me in the general direction of a solution please?
