My goodness, the Northern Ireland thread is Dead. I am Philip and I wear many many hats most of them in digital format though, as in Website design, hosting, I call myself a project manager as I play many different roles for people. I enjoy ecommerce and helping people with that side of things should it be adding products to their websites looking after their orders doing customer support. All for a fee of course sadly I am not a charity.

I do not believe I have posted here before.
Our company is PiP Chemicals Limited. We are based in Newtownards. We are specialist chemical manufacturers and focus mostly on automotive products. This rages from the heavy industrial cleaners, like TFR and similar, right through to the advanced detailing products, like ceramic and nano surface coatings.
We have done a lot of inward investment over the last 2 years. We totally overhauled our underlying systems and put in a SAP Business One ERP. This has been enormous for us allowing the business to be managed from anywhere in the world, as long as you have a laptop/phone and data connection. More recently, we have departed on a project which will integrate the website with the SAP database. As extension, we are moving to a really top notch health and safety system to help us continue to meet the plethora of regulations relevant to our products. Finally we have been very lucky to employ a new general manager. Invest NI have been instrumental throughout and I cannot thank them enough.
