Business SIM cards

I'm looking to get two SIM cards for my business and was wondering what people recommended? I can get a deal for £5 a month which includes everything I would need but it is for consumers. Could I pay for the two SIM cards myself and then just expense them to my business? Because all of the business deals have been massively more expensive.

We're on O2 SIM only deals; and I hope it's a good deal or I'll be having a word with my finance lady :D. Seriously though I know she did some shopping around so am relying on my colleague for the advice here.

It gets messy (assuming you are a Ltd Co) to pay for SIM's like this personally and then charge the company, much better to bill it straight to the business. If you are a Sole Trader then it's easier to just bill your business in your name.

Business mobiles are the biggest con in the UK
There is a reason that I drive an E class and that is because I dont fall for any of this c££p and I can have the things I really want
I have an unlimited sim with Giff Gaff for me £15 a month and drivers sims £7 a month

@Kerwin What do you want the SIM card to do? Lots of data and no calls? No data and unlimited calls?

It will make a difference to the result!

Think i pay £8 a month with unlimited call and text and 12gb of data with ID. Ive never had any problem with coverage anywhere in UK

Only £6/mo with less data, as the OP says data is just a bonus, but coverage is something you definitely need to be aware of.

ID use three's network. I'm on three and it's dodgy where I live. Three have just massively increased their SIM only PAYG rates but I haven't switched to ID yet due to the signal quality issues.

Just a few miles away, where we used to live, was a complete dead zone for anything O2 (Tesco, Giff Gaff, etc.,...).

You pays your money and you picks your network...

Well, I went with Lebara in the end. No contract and unlimited calls and texts and 3GB of data for £4.95 a month seemed like a decent deal to me.

Edit: They are built on Vodafone.

I have always wondered why they are so big in London and it is because they are on Vodaphone .
Vodaphone can be patchy around here and Giffgaff runs on 02

EE have the best signal in my opinion but a couple of reason made me choose Vodafone.

First they have excellent roaming plans which I wanted. Second, they support conference calling directly from the handset to merge two calls together. EE don't support this. I preferred these two over better signal :)

I tend to avoid budget brands like Libra and Giffgaff. They tend to have key features missing. I can't remember which one didnt support call waiting and another never used to support tethering. I am not sure about now.

The bigger primary brands seem to keep these features to themselves as appose to share them with their partners.
