Which is trading using a gmail address and mobile number, and has been registered since 8th August this year.

I note the shipping policy also violates the CCR:
"Lost or Stolen Packages:

1. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you believe your package has been lost or stolen, please contact the shipping carrier directly using your provided tracking information."

Well, I hate to break it to you Ella, but you ARE responsible, by law. YOU must contact the courier on the customer's behalf and sort out either a refund or a replacement. If Trading Standards saw this or received a complaint, you would be in trouble.

Not very comforting, if you're offering to provide an agency service and can't even comply with the law yourself.
