Business Name taken in Canada, but different Industry

Hi, I am new here...
I am ready to set up a limited company and the name I have chosen is available as a company name in the UK and as a domain name in the spaces I want to occupy (.io and .co.uk)

The company that uses the name is in Canada but has a large following on LinkedIn.

Will this make it very tricky for me or is the consensus that many companies have to change their names slightly on social, i.e business name UK for Linkedin?

The company name, trading name and SM name/s can all be different.

Put UK at the end of the SM accounts?
