Hi There,
Our business been trading since 2009 in South Wales and so far worked well from home with 6 of us but now looking into expanding employing more people and need to buy commercial building to move to .. we have found a good sized property near by for £45000 and needs a lot of work doing to it , and enough garden at the back to extend the property so we would like to do that before moving as well. the issue is money and i heard that there is grants available if we will be generating more works which we will. who do we contact for this ? is there some sort of companies out there to take care of this forums to fill and manage the grant spends etc ?

Any kind advice really appreciated ,
Kind Regards

I'm sure an expert on this will post soon, but when I was looking I found most of the information from local councils and government websites.

Search wales (dot) gov (dot) uk, should get you started. Good luck

Wales is pretty good for grants - particularly is you can demonstrate that you will be creating employment

Be aware that they will often be offered with 'matched funding' - ie you have to cough up half yourself

As above - talk to your local council

Hi
You can also borrow on a commercial mortgage, despite the fact that it's a relatively inexpensive property there are still funding sources out there who will lend
We'd be pleased to provide you with a quote
You can combine this with the grant to keep your money in the background for refurbishing the property.

Business Wales is the welsh gov's support. Advisors can help you identify any relevant grants out there and take you through the application process
