Business Continuity Plan?

One of our local councils have asked us to provide a Business Continuity Plan.
I've Googled but only really found blogs with the term mentioned.
Would anybody have a template of one? Or could point me in the right direction?
Or an idea of how to format one and what should be included.

Depends on the context of the request..... usually applies where a council is planning on removing a contract from one supplier to a new supplier and they want to ensure continuity of supply.

I coblbled one together a couple of days ago for one of our county councils
It was not a good one but it was accurate with alternative contact numbers and details of back up plans
We have supplied them for 20 years

I've just finished adapting one we did 2 years ago for a college we worked with.
