So statistically today is the day when most people feel down as the hype of Christmas and the New Year disappears; and most people will be thinking of making life changing decision (perhaps starting their own business).

So how are you all feeling?

Having a brilliant day. Sun is shining, had cake with my cuppa and none of the cats have thrown up.

And just earned enough this morning to pay the bills for a week.

Taking the classic car out for a run this afternoon.

    What’s to be blue about?

I feel like booking a holiday (the constraining factor is that my wife forgot to renew her passport).

So it seems like the marketing people are winning!
Do it online, should take about 2 weeks at the moment

    Tired...
I've had a severe cold for coming up to 3 weeks now.
On a positive note, whilst lacking the energy to do physical chores I am taking the time to to make the long overdue adjustments to the business that have been put on the not urgent back burner for far too long. What I thought was a short list has revealed a few holes in the system!

A long weekend away booked for the end of the month is well timed to give me a deadline to work to.

You know the funny thing was I went for a walk this morning, before anyone had mentioned 'Blue Monday'.

The sun was shining, it was bright and fresh, people I walked passed said 'Good Morning' - yet despite that I was thinking negative thoughts.

That's because you is a grumpy old git.

Which reminds me, we need to meet up for a beer again sometime.
