Best wordpress booking system?

Can anyone recommend a plugin for a Wordpress booking system, preferably one that is considered the best (free or paid) and lets you take payments by paypal?

Booking system for what? There are loads of booking plugins but the best one for you depends of what you want to use it for.

mobile beauty treatments, so would be booking around 2-4 appointments per day. The customer might order 2-3 treatments in one order too, e.g teeth whitening, a facial and a head massage. So ability to add on would be good, rather than creating treatment packages with one fixed cost.

Does this one let you make multiple bookings at the same time? It might also be used for salon days, and some appointments may crossover slightly. Also I can't see any info about where it lets the customer pay for their booking.

Not sure about multiple bookings but you can have add-ons to bookings.

With regards to payment it works with Woocommerce, so any payment gateway that works with Woo will work. I've used it with Paypal & Sagepay.

I am using http://wordpress.dwbooster.com/calendars/appointment-booking-calendar#demo for a client, it lets you do the following:

- show dates you have bookings
- limit bookings to certain times on certain days
- disable booking for "off days" e.g. holidays
- customers can pay using Paypal when they book
- You and customer get an email with the booking
- you can see bookings in admin area

It's free on the WordPress repo but you can't edit the form, to edit the form you need the pro version which is £30 ish.
