Best way to pay for a business trip

I am going on a business trip soon; however I don't have a credit card to pay for my expenses on the trip.

I was wondering what options do I/my employer have?

My manager has got a company business card.
Is it legal that we register this card on my phone for contactless mobile payment?

Get the company to transfer £2000 into your bank account and you repay the excess on your return.
