Best online virtual terminals?

Hi, we use www.securetrading.com for a combination of Virtual Terminal and some bespoke inhouse interface we have designed ourselves (which is a bit like a Virtual Terminal and linked to KashFlow)

PCI Compliance is really only an 'issue' with PayPal if you use their Payments Pro service and thus are handling cardholder data directly. In this case you are fully responsible for meeting the PCI requirements.
If you use their standard service, the customer is directed to PayPal to input card data, and thus most of your PCI burden is passed over to PayPal.
