Good Morning

I want to advertise my tuition business online on some social media platforms on a few days every week.

Can you kindly suggest any relevamt advertising platforms?

After puttng the advert out initially, what is the best/most efficient way of getting the same advert out to the audicence in future?

Do you suggest that I write out the advert each time or is there an easier/more efficent method.

Thanks in advance for your responses.

Sign up with one of the tuition agencies and let them do all the marketing. When I was a maths tutor I was earning huge amounts via the agency.

SM might work but you need your advert showing all day everyday. You can’t just dip in. You also need to have your website ranking well on google as this is still a major source of leads. Consider also adverts on sites like mumsnet and other parenting and education forums.

Also worth noting that the big money is a-levels. I earned double the amount tutoring a level than I did doing gcse.

Thanks for yourrepliess folks.

What tuition agencies would you suggest that I sign up to?

I can tutor up to 15 students per week. I haven't got any at the moment.
Can’t remember the name anymore but google lists loads of them. Parents also like home visits. I could do two per day locally after school. As we got closer to exam time I worked weekends as well. Got close to £1000/week after Easter. Using the agency gives parents confidence that you are qualified and cleared.

Hi fiolks

Thanks for your responses.

I used to do home visits before the pandemic at which point I started to teach online.

I was also thinking about teaching A level, but l haven't looked at the syllabus for years and forgotten most of the stuff!

Would you advice that I take a refresher course for that?

Thanks

I think @fisicx is right, Marketing takes a lot of effort and their are agencies that would make it easier.

If you did decide to go it alone then you need to know who is going to be your audience. I would guess parents are for GCSE level. Facebook for parents and Instagram for youngsters I understand.
