Beetroot Juice

I read this article the other week and thought i would give it a try.

Anyway brought some from H&B and it tastes awful just like eating dirt. Can anyone recommend something to add to it to make it taste better.

You could always dilute it with water.

Add it to apple juice?

Beetroot is a veg, so don't know if there's a limit on the fruit juices you can mix it with. (Check for yourself).

Any other fruit juice mix may cause flatulence

Beetroot is also supposed to be one of the best antioxidants and a great 'anti-cancer' food. Great immune boosting benefits.

Can't you just eat pickled beetroot?

Or just take a nitrate tablet.
