How is one able to supply staff to BAE
I tried to get in touch with BAE because I had good staff but they said they said recruitment agencies need to go through a process which allows me to supply staff to BAE

I guess it depends on how much you are going to pay BAE to get your foot in the door (lol).

Wow this is stupid. Talk about monopolizing the market and having a contract with only ONE supplier of staff who is allowed to supply to BAE

its not my fault I am getting a lot of CV's interested in procurement management jobs which are perfect for jobs displayed on BAE website

Ask BAE to put you through the process which they require for you to supply staff.

They do this to stop every tinpot recruiting agency from bombarding them with substandard applicants.

Are BAE not in the process of closing graduate recruitment programs, and shutting entire centres? I would imagine that what with the legal requirements for redundancies etc that they've got issues of too many rather than no enough staff?

I spoke to BAE, they will send an application form.

To be honest things are pretty quiet down at BAE,

Best thing you can do is build a relationship with one of the line managers and push for contractors!
