The back arrow link in the legal section should take one back from a thread to the legal section but does not seem to work as intended.

'should' on what basis? I thought the back arrow always took you back to the previous page used.

"Should" on the basis that it used to do that. So if one were looking at the last entry in a thread I could scroll up to the first entry and click on the back arrow which would then take me back to the other previews in the legal section.

Now clicking on the back arrow doesn't do that.

I'm going to have to write a letter to my MP, because it shouldnt be allowed.

I’m a bit confused. The back arrow on my browser works as it should. I go from a legal thread back to the legal forum.

Except where there are two pages and it takes me back from page two to page one.
