Are there any South Wales services that allow Union representation without being a member?

I've spoken to Unison and GMB and they both wont rep without being a member for more than 1 month. Are there any paid services/reps that can do it?

Every employer must allow any accredited trade union rep to appear. However, few unions will represent non members. It's a bit like expecting an insurance company to insure your house the day after it burned down.

EDIT: The problem with paid services is that the employer is not obliged to allow them to be there. Work colleague or TU rep is the law.

I think there was one that tried to set this up as a business model, but I haven't heard from them for a while and I can't remember their name.
