Anyone using GoCardless ?

we use gocardless via kashflow.co.uk and it works well. Payments via DD get confirmed in kashflow and mark your invoices paid. Sometimes there is a lag in receiving a payment due to weekends. In general the payment arrives in your account 4-7days after the DD request date.

Chiming in here.

At the start of the year if a customer wished to pay via bank transfer (instead of card) we would have to manually email them our bank details, customer would make payment, we'd have to check for payment and finally we'd update their invoice on our system. Huge hassle.

We started using GoCardless to automate direct debit/bank payments. Their fees are fantastic and it just works. Customers appreciate the added payment method and it works well for us - straight into our bank, as opposed to another processor such as PayPal. The fraud protection is good, too. Last week we had a customer make payment via GoCardless and later that day we received a personal email from one of their folks explaining they had sufficient to believe it was fraudulent, and whether or not we wished to cancel payment.

We have worked with GoCardless for a while, the service is great and with just 1% Fees you can't go wrong.

You can integrate pay links into invoices so really easy integration also.
