ANYONE KNOW OF A GOOD COMMERCIAL SOLICITOR

Hi everybody. Need advice from a solkicitor I think. Purchased a hotel with my brother a year ago, big mistake and need help with trying to get out of the ltd co and to see if he can sign hotel to me. I have put in all finances and am fighting off creditors and need help legally.He on the other hand has just walked away from it all leaving me to deal with everything. Obviously I can show he hasnt contributed financially both during our business and now when he has walked away. Am prepared to travel but am based inh North Wales. I am also happyt to go online if there is any comapny on there that is any good.

Honestly the best thing to do with something of this size is just google firms and do a bit of research. Always good to go local to you if possible. Gamlins are in Bangor and come highly recommended from what I've seen.

Hi thanks for that but my partner in the business has already gone to them so cannot use the same company. Do you have any idea if there is a site where solicitors etc are reviewed. Have googled it but cant see any

Not sure what sort of budget you have, but the top 500 firms are compared on the legal 500. I've taken a stab that it might be commercial property you need, but really not sure. Browse the site and it ranks them for you. Hope that helps.
