What a monumental waste of time & money writing to eligible people. We are all well aware of what’s going on!
Don't know if this helps. Completed the form online last Friday and had confirmation today it will be in our account by 6th AprilIve been talking to a few business owners from different districts. None have had any sign yet apart from one in Bristol where they have asked him for his last 3 years of returns!? He says hes been paying rates there for last 15 years!!
I’ve just received the 25k grant into my bank todayAs per title!? Anyone got the 10k business Rates relief grant yet? Not heard anything from the council. We have full business rates relief. We have filled out the banking form.
Thats a shame. It's not worded very well as it the Cash Grant for Retail, Hospitality and Leisure is only for specific sectors whilst the other is just if you pay little to no business rates. Could have made it clearer I think.

The Government is providing additional funding for Local Authorities to support small businesses that already pay little or no business rates because of small business rate relief (SBRR), rural rate relief (RRR) and tapered relief. This will provide a one-off grant of £10,000 to eligible businesses to help meet their ongoing business costs.

If your business is in the retail, hospitality or leisure sector, you will receive a cash grant of up to £25,000 per property.
Businesses in these sectors with a property that has a rateable value of £15,000 and under may be eligible for a grant of £10,000.
Businesses in these sectors with a property that has a rateable value of over £15,000 and less than £51,000 may be eligible for a grant of £25,000.
One question for you, are these two schemes one and the same? I read them as being two separate schemes.
Cash Grant for Retail, Hospitality and Leisure
Small Business Grant Funding
So we can be awarded 10k for the Small Business Grant Funding Scheme as we already pay little or no business rates because of small business rate relief (SBRR).
But we can also claim for Cash Grant for Retail, Hospitality and Leisure as we are retail?
Thanks,
