Any ticketing software to manage Insta DM's?

Is anybody using any kind of ticketing/support software to help better manage Insta messages, comments, mentions etc?

Insta helps form +95% of my wife's ecommerce sales so effectively managing comms is becoming more and more important as she grows (now at 118k followers).

Seeing Zendesk/Freshdesk plugins available via Google search but would be good to hear from somebody who's already using a solution. Ideally something that can support multichannel so we can start bringing emails into the same equation too.

Instagram has a setting that will send DM to email - simply set up an email account and use that address in the Insta setting.

If you need to do more, use one of the many code free workflow tools to harvest the emails and send the content to spreadsheet, data base or task list. I have configured various Office 365 Power Automate workflows to do this very successfully.

As wonderful as that sounds, it also sounds like you need to be pretty IT proficient to run it all! ;-)
