Any Sales CRM for a single person ?

Hi, i work as self-employed professional and into sales. I meet clients every day and at times close deals in the first meeting. I want to make a record of deals closed, clients name, closing percentage, cancellations after sales, the commission received etc.

Can u guys recommend a good sales software online?

I use pipedrive. It's excellent. easy to use and to customise. You can sync your email into it which is real handy as all correspondance can be done from the crm. There is a free trial period as well.

There is also a reporting function to it which should allow you to report on most if not all of the things you are looking to report on in some shape or another.

I checked out a few others when I was looking initially such as HubSpot but pipedrive had the best functionality.

The suggestions made so far are good if you have no issue with €15 pm. Not sure if all data is stored in the cloud but if so, think Facebook, Dun & Bradstreet etc.. Keep your data at home and safe offline. Hence my suggestion to try using something like an Open Office Database which offers templates to make fairly straight forward. However, if you don't feel up to the challenge of spending a few hours creating a self made sales process which will work offline... I have always started with my own basic CRM which helps to quantify and determine efficiencies whilst tracking sales leads and provides reminders for chasing etc..

Hi the option mentioned are good Vtiger is good crm salesforce is one the best one but it come as cost, i trained large companies in the past on salesforce so I know it well. I am creating a série of post with regards to crm as so businesses use only them to record data however your crm should give you inside out information about your customers. PM and will share the info with you it’s all free.

I use the paid version of capsule. Its not perfect but i use it, (ive had others before and hated them therefore didnt fill them in properly)

We quite like Odoo. It is very powerful and there is a none cloud version that is free.
