Any Bar/Pub owners or managers here? ... How to bars create their marketing images?

Hi I have an idea to start a business supplying promotional graphics to bars and pubs. I am a graphic designer and I am trying to find out how most bar and pub owners make their promotional graphics. For example their promotional text with Christmas images, valentines etc etc, I guess they dont spend much money as I have worked in interior design with bars and know there is no big budget butt thats what I intend to solve.... any ideas would be very welcome !! They will use the pubco for most of them and know a local graphic designer for the rest. I know a chap who does all the menu boards for a number of pubs.
