Im asking admin if they can set up another section on the site. To rant about cold callers in Sales/marketing isnt appropriate - I could help and give ideas/support - but I dont bother. So hopefully admin might set another section up for this.

That's probably because the majority copy the 192/Yell model, resulting in a website that isnt designed to promote any one industry effectively eg; a non-specialist website.

Trying to be everything to all, is too unfocussed, and focus/matching is what advertisers should be getting.

That is a particularly poor answer to the question. What is the definition of a business directory..on or offline ?
