Hi
I just received this email. Should I close the listing and get back my stock or should I just ignore it?

WARNING: YOU ARE SELLING ILLEGALLY ON SOURCINGMAP BRANDED LISTINGS!
You receive this warning letter because you list your products under Sourcingmap branded ASINs without our permission. Sourcingmap brand is an intellectual property of our company, and has been registered with UK Intellectual Property Office: Trademark No. (EU014987929)

Sourcingmap brand has been registered with Amazon's brand registry and receives Amazon's intellectual property protection.
If you do not remove your offerings from our Sourcingmap ASINs within 24 hours, we will file a trademark violation complaint against your account to Amazon (we have already test-bought your products). Failure to remove the listings may result in the removal of your Amazon selling privileges by Amazon.
We provide you with the involved ASINs for your reference below.

You should also check whether you are selling other products under Sourcingmap brand illegally.
Regards,
Sourcingmap Legal Team

If you're selling the same peg (actually the same peg re size not just a bit like it!) ignore the email - or even better, raise a case with Amazon asking their advice re the email you received (then reply to sourcingmap letting them know you've done so)

If Amazon uphold their complaint you'll lose the right to sell that ASIN but that's all, bit it will probably take them ages.

There is no branding on the product, they show no branding of the packaging, it looks like a generic wooden peg with specific sizes.

As above, if it is the same product, there should not be an issue, however, these guys have a mind of their own.
