Amazon Marketing Strategy

I kindly wondered please in relation to Amazon what was the main driver behind its massive success, from when Jeff Bezos started selling books from his garage please? For instance was it the marketing that was the most important feature, as without a strong brand, all the infrastructure and employees would have no value please? Lastly if marketing was the key driver, would they conduct the marketing first increasing this yearly, then add employees and more warehouses as demand increased please? If anyone kindly had any thoughts on this i would be forever grateful and thankful it would mean the world to me.

he told everyone, Amazon had a 8 years headstart and i think his marriage also did wonders to his business. Sure he worked a lot and put many years into his business. Amazon now is not the same as Amazon before.

Look also for the investor rounds he collected in the early years.
