In answer to your original question, just DM me. I work with a lot of marketers because I create video for marketers / businesses looking to up their marketing game including tech specialists.

When I say tech, this is everything from marketing DevOps solutions to applications specialists so I'd need to know a few things. But if you're interested, DM me, I'll ping you my email and happy to have a chat.

Is there a business plan, a P&L forecast, a cashflow forecast? nobody will invest, become a shareholder or partner without this fundamental information. If you have a Ltd. you will need shareholder agreements and director agreements, if you have a partnership, you will have partnership agreements.

You say - I have some developed some products, what does this mean, you have prototypes? you have finished ready to sell items?

Why does your new 'partner' need to be local?

All so vague, why does anyone, including me, even bother to respond.
