Advice on Gaining Users for Our Beta Platform

    Hi Everyone

I just wanted to ask a bit of advice in relation to getting some businesses to sign up with us to join our Beta Platform. My background is in Data Analytics

The Data and AI platform will be an all in one 360 degree Analytics suite.
    1. Unified Data Integration
It will connect to CRM, accounting software, marketing platforms, and more into one easy-to-access suite of dashboard. No more jumping between tools to see how our clients business is performing—they get a 360-degree view of everything in real-time.
    2. Actionable Insights, Not Just Numbers
The platform will transform complex data into easy-to-understand insights. Which we have developed from our extensive expertise developing Data Analytics solutions.
    3. Automated, Real-Time Reporting
Through the solution we will be automating data refreshes and transformations.
    4. Optimise Marketing and Sales Efforts
With all the data transformed and linked we can then utilise our machine learning models to create at first 2 standardised predictive models to provide predictive analytics. These will be predicting which leads to pursue to optimise for revenue and profits. And also predict where to spend their marketing budget to again optimise for revenue and profits.
The platform would be initially for standardised insights that would be applied based on the datasources our clients would use. And then as our clients continue to gain use out of these insights we can further develop insights for them on an adhoc or retainer basis.

I am also developing AI Automation Agents as well which I would want clients to be lead to this platform too. I feel like the AI automation is a bit sexier and can be showcased easier than the Beta platform as at present I can share any visualisations due to our previous work being under NDAs

getting some businesses to sign up with us to join our Beta Platform
You'll need to address the following barriers to encourage business owners to dedicate their own time and resources into committing you helping you build your business, because that is what BETA users are doing, helping you.

Communicate with them in their language not yours, don't use language you use day to day but use language they use. For example, "360 degree Analytics suite" is your language and not a business owners. Make sure your messaging passes the Granny Test, that your granny would understand.

Tell them what is in it for them, again using language your granny will understand. Why should I both with your beta program, stop me thinking 'seems like a lot of effort, sod it'. Your final comment on helping predict where I should be spending my marketing budget should you at the top of the benefits, in big bold writing, underlines with flashing lights - saving money is probably the most important and not buried away in the forth bullet point.

Make it easy for me. It may seem easy to you, but the thought of having to integrate some unknown and untested platform into my accounts, my CRM, my website, and whatever else sounds really time consuming and expensive (in time and resources needed) that I'll probably not bother. So how can you make it really easy for me to remove that barrier to entry?

Finally, how much is this going to cost? Now, in the future, length of contract?

    Thanks Ozzy

So the naming of it has been a stumbling block. Data and AI platform is what i have started with for now.

Actionable Insights but i need to tailor it more to SMEs as i keep using too much corp speak.

In relation to the platform it wouldnt be a part of the different CRM systems, accounting etc we would be using their APIs to connect to the underlying data of the platforms so the connecting of those things would be just logging through a portal to connect the API which is all they would do.

The connecting it all together and unifying all the data is all on us they dont do anything there. The only thing really I would want feedback on is the insights to ensure they deliver to their targets and goals.

The additional benefit of being a beta user is they would be able to have some custom insights created more related to their business too.

Cost wise would be between 500-2000/month depending on how many datasources

In relation to the machine learning model I really want it to be the highlight but I need to reinforce that that comes after the insights have been developed as we need the data model sorted first to be able to have all the relevant data that helps to predict those specific use cases.

I dont know whether I should use the AI Agents as the route to bring businesses onboard first as they are the "sexier" thing.

For instance the Social Media AI Agent has taken away atleast 1 full day per week away from me for faffing around with what to post. And also has enabled me to post on multiple platforms with ease while im out and about without having to get somewhere quiet to write something. And as its all to do with Automation too then I could guide them to our Data Led Decision Making approach and so the platform.
