A little miss chuffed to say the least.

gosh been away half a day and look what happens! missed the coffee and buns by the look of it.

Sorry im no fan of anyone, but PurseParty you did in fact refer to Alphas as an individual naming him as 'barking or nit picky'. Unfortunately he did not help by making a worse reply from someone I wouldnt expect that sort of reply.

I almost posted about your links earlier, but didnt have time and thought to myself "someone else will be along shortly and say something". So it could have been any of us telling you.

It seems whenever you do raise a forum rule, people dont like it. We are just straight to the point, not rude, just specific about it not being allowed. Then you get a retalliation.

I got PMs the other day from a mmeber for exact same thing with an excuse about not realising a certain thing wasnt allowed. OK fair enough its not made clear, but if someone bothers to bring it to your attention straight away, theres no need to shoot the messenger.

This is indeed very true and whilst I admit that I should not have bit I really do not see why I should firstly get a reply to my original polite PM basically asking 'who the hell am I to tell her what the rules are' (My words but that is the impression I got) and then publicly posting part of my PM and publicly claiming that I am barking???.

I may be a moderator but don't forget that we are users too........how would others react? (And yes I know it still doesn't excuse it but!!!):D

Err well I do believe I'm Cathy!

And I was rather hoping I was in time for the cocktails - if so I'll have a Bellini, many thanks!

As far as I'm concerned moderators do a tough job and politely enforcing the rules, whether they're clear or not is prety much what they're supposed to do.

Getting annoyed because they do that, especially when you're new to the forum is rather silly. If you don't like the rules then the web's a big place, no-one forces you to be here.

Bellini coming your way and we also have the house cocktail on special any takers

Sorry I am getting carried away now. I beleive that the Mods here do a great job and that the forum is a great place to be. It is good to see some spice now and again though it makes for great reading.

Regards

Dave
