@jesclick the SIMPLEST route to obtaining a bank account for you is to use companies such as 1st Formations, Rapid Formations, or similar services.

They have a "Non-residents package" which includes also the ability to open a bank account.

The only snag for you is that you've already opened a company, so you may want to decide to either close that down and open a new one, or call these companies up to see if the package can be used with an existing company.

Bear in mind that as far as third parties/ strangers are concerned, the director will have total authority to bind the company (though as shareholder you can in theory sue him for breach of duty if he betrays you)
